Hawk Ridge is looking for an Assistant Manager to support our marketing department in its primary and administrative duties.

Assistant Manager Job Duties

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for the year, as well as coordinating staff scheduling and hiring new staff members.

Responsibilities:

·         Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing events are properly planned

·         Support marketing executives in organizing quarterly marketing events

·         Update spreadsheets with statistical facts of events performed

·         Attend marketing events to ensure their success

·         Construct monthly news letter with gathering proper content and new creative ideas

·         Compose and post online content on company’s website, social media and in-house marketing

·         Connecting with all customers on all social media platforms within 10 minutes

·         Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

·         Update weekly staff schedule with knowledge of events, busy seasons and Holidays d

·         Make any necessary changes to schedule when needed

·         Facilitate new hire postings with gathering resumes, suggesting potential candidates and initiate first meeting

·         Ensure all new hire staff is Tips Certified

Requirements:

·         2 years of Marketing Experience within the last 5 years

·         2 years of Management skills with 3 business references

·         Ability to work Saturday and Sundays

·         Full time 30-40 hours per week

·         Excellent knowledge of MS office using Word and Excel

·         Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

·         Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

·         Well organized and neat

·         Exquisite communication and people skills
