Where can I sign up for the Wine Club?

 Click on the “Wine Club” drop-down menu and select “Sign-up.”

 

When will my credit card be charged?

You will have 4 quarterly payments that will be charged either when you come in to pick up your wine club allotment or right before your wines are shipped.

 

Can we swap wines in our wine club allotment?

No. Our wine club offerings are carefully curated by our winemaker with new and exciting varietals for you to enjoy!

 

When do my club benefits become active?

Wine club benefits will become active upon sign-up and associate confirmation.

 

Can I cancel my wine club membership?

Yes, you may cancel at anytime.

 

Can I change my membership level?

Yes, you may change your membership 1 time per calendar year. Just send us an e-mail at hawkridgewineclub@gmail.com.

 

Does my wine club membership automatically renew?

No. Your wine club membership does not automatically renew. You must sign up again.

 

Can I send a while club allotment to a different address?

Yes, Just send us an email to hawkridgewineclub@gmail.com anytime before that allotment ships.

 

Can someone pick up my wine club allotment for me?

Yes. Send an email to hawkridgewineclub@gmail.com with the person’s full name. Please make sure they are 21+ and have photo id so we can verify their name when they come in.

 

Can someone else use the tasting voucher I received with my wine club allotment?

Absolutely! Just have them bring it in with them when they visit us here at the winery! Quarterly tasting vouchers must be used by the end of the quarter and cannot be split or redeem for cash.
