Masterclass: Preparing Holiday Meats with Smokin' Lanes

Chef Lane Simmons is back by popular demand to teach and explain how to cook up your traditional Holiday Meats with a "Smokin Lane's twist".

He will be showcasing two meat selections being a Smoked Apple Brined Turkey and a fantastic Prime Rib!

He will be teaching registrants his techniques with how he prepares his Bone-in Prime Rib Roast featuring one of our classic red wines. In addition, he will be breaking down the art of brining as he will showcase his Applewood Brined Smoked Turkey with tips on how to prepare for this holiday season.

Attendees will also be creating their own seasoning rub to take home!

Lastly, guests will sample both meats and Lane will conclude with a raffle for one participant to win a Turkey Brining Kit (includes small turkey, brine, and seasoning).

A glass of wine, beer, or slushie is included with each ticket! If you would like to sit with someone who bought a ticket separately, please email hrwjeff@gmail.com to let him know.

All sales are final and this class will be held in our Hawk's Nest room which is not handicap accessible!
