Pizza Party days in elementary school were always the best days, am I right? Hawk Ridge Winery has decided to throw a good ole' fashioned Pizza Party! Our chef, King Richie, has created some delicious new pizza creations and we have paired them up with some Hawk Ridge classic wines for a fun and tasty evening! Come on down and savor the flavors of yummy pizzas and wine. Our winemaker, Maureen, will also be on hand to speak about the pairings and answer any questions that you may have regarding our wines.

Each ticket will include 4 samples of pizza matched with a 2oz. pour of Hawk Ridge wine. (No substitutions)

• Shrimp Scampi Pizza - shrimp, garlic, sliced tomato, thinly sliced lemon, parmesan, paired with Hawk's Eye Pinot Grigio

• Bianco Pizza - artichokes, prosciutto, cheese, topped with arugula and truffle oil, paired with Western CT Highlands Estate White Blend

• Philly Cheesesteak Pizza - thinly sliced steak, Cabernet Cheese sauce, onions, peppers, cheese, paired with Trooper Cabernet Sauvignon

• BBQ Chicken Pizza - Merlot BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, red onion and bacon jam, cheese, paired with Red Tail Merlot
