Ever want to learn the art of making pasta, but didn't want to invest in all of the equipment? Problem solved! Come down to Hawk Ridge Winery on Friday May 17th from 6-8pm, and meet the talented Chef Nicholas Imbriglio, owner of Passionately Pasta. Chef Nick will guide you through the process of making beautiful homemade pasta by hand, no machines necessary.

Chef Nick will have pasta dough premade for you to work with, out of grains that he sources locally and mills personally, to create his superior quality pasta. He will demonstrate several different pasta shapes and the techniques to create them and then walk around the class while you work, giving tips and individualized instruction when needed.

In this class you will receive 1lb of pasta dough to work with and then take home the beautiful pasta you create, to cook later with family and friends. Chef Nick will also sample some of his homemade pasta and sauce at the end of the class so that you can taste the difference in his quality ingredients and products. Hawk Ridge will also provide you with one glass of wine, beer, or slushy to help you get cooking!
