Cheesecake and wine? What could be a better combo?!? Come enjoy a fun evening at Hawk Ridge Winery with a delicious pairing of petite cheesecakes and wine. Our winemaker Maureen and Chef Avery of CrAves by Aves will lead you in a guided pairing of four petite cheesecakes and four 2oz samples of wine. They will be on hand to explain the delicious combinations and answer any questions you may have.

Chef Avery opened her own gourmet pastry company after graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. She is an award winning pastry chef and her website will show you some of her incredible creations. She can make custom order cakes and cheesecakes as well as some truly unique dessert displays.
