Join us on Wednesday July 9th from 6-8pm, for one of our favorite annual summer events, a Wine and Ice Cream Pairing! Savor sweet treats provided by HoneyCone Craft Ice Cream of Chester CT, paired beautifully with some of Hawk Ridge classic wines. Each guest will receive four 2 oz pours of wine paired with 3oz portions of ice cream. The talented ice cream makers of HoneyCone will be on hand to explain their process and their “farm-to-cone” locally sourced ingredients and our winemaker will also speak about the creation of the wines. A lovely way to spend a summer evening.
